Obituary for Margaret Torres Margaret Torres passed from this earth on May 4, 2018, to join the rest of her family in Heaven, where she will await those left behind. All she asks is that you celebrate her life and not her passing. Margaret retired from the Arkansas Democrat Gazette after 35 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William E. Kniep Sr. and Estell Joshlin; one son, Robert C. Torres, II and a great-grandson. She leaves to celebrate, one daughter, Cyndi Hettesheimer and one son, William “Davo” Torres; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; her brother and wife William Kniep Jr. and Shirley; a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends near and far all of whom she loved bushels and pecks! !

A celebration of life will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, she would like for you to give to your favorite Veterans Charity. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Margaret Torres please visit our Sympathy Store.
