Margie Sue Langford-Phillips April 19, 1936 – January 06, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Margie Sue Phillips, 82 of Lampasas, Texas died Sunday January 6, 2019 in Tow, Texas. She was born April 19, 1936 in Killeen, TX the daughter of Robert Deorsam and Opal Fern (Atchison) Deorsam. Sue grew up in Killeen and graduated High School there.

She married John Bert Langford in 1955. They lived in Lampasas for many years. Sue moved to the valley in 1970 after John Bert passed away and worked for Mid Valley State Bank.

She also had worked for Guaranty Bank in Gatesville for a number of years. Sue loved to read, do yard work, fishing and being with her grandchildren. She is survived by 3 children; John M. Langford, William Matthew Langord and Susan Lynn Ince.

Sister, Nita Booras Brother, Randy Deorsam 6 Grandchildren 3 Great-grandchildren Sue was preceded in death by her parents, by husband John Bert Langford, by brother, Bob Deorsam, and by sister, Ann Jordan. Funeral service will be Wednesday January 9, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Smith School Creek Cemetery.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral. Memorials may be sent to the American Lung Association at www.
