Obituary for MARIA LOUISA GARZA VILLALOBOS Maria Louisa Garza Villalobos, born on November 22, 1930 to Agustine and Cadelaria Salazar in Ozona, Texas. Raised in Sonora, Texas the family then moved to Lamesa, Texas where she met the love of her life, Enrique Villalobos, they married in September 29, 1945. Together they raised their family.

Maria was a devoted catholic, worked in Lamesa, a very talented woman who was known for her sewing, cooking, and always helping people in need. Maria took pride in her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren. As she entered the gates of heaven, she rejoices in meeting her loved ones that preceded her death, her husband, Enrique, her parents, Augustine and Cadelaria, her brother, Caesar Garza, her sisters, Amparo Bautista, Viola, Bertha Garza, her grandsons, Michael Estrada and Chantz Contreras, knowing that in her heart, mind, and soul that she will see those left behind, she left this world on April 7, 2018.

Those of us left to cherish her memory live by her teachings, and continue our journey until we see her again are, her son, Enrique Villlobos, Jr. (Margie). her daughters, Elsa Estrada (Gabriel), Edna Vera (Lupe), Gloria Rodriguez (Ismael), her grandsons, Norman Estrada, Christian Estrada, Orlando Vera, Jonnathan Contreras, Enrique Villalobos III, her beloved grand daughters, Patricia Poland, Debi Chapa, Christina Li, Gabrielle (Bella) Estrada Jennifer Garza, Michelle Lucio, Elizabeth Jackson, Rebecca Vann and 27 great-grandchildren and mostly her beloved dog, Peanut and her sister, Hortencia Rodriguez (Jesse). The celebration of life will be on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
