Obituary for Maria “Mary” Ochalla Maria “Mary” Ochalla (nee Foltan) – of Joliet, passed away peacefully, Sunday, December 23, 2018. Age 86 years. Survived by her loving husband of 64 years Robert Ochalla, one son Robert (Karen) Ochalla and her daughter Dawn Kotnik.

Seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her son-in-law Denis Kotnik. Maria was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She loved spending time with her family and especially traveling with her husband. She enjoyed countless nights with bingo and other card games. But her true passion was crocheting and loved sharing her afghans with others.

Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church 600 Brook Forest Ave. , Shorewood, IL. , Friday, December 28th at 10:00 A.M. Memorial Visitation will be held Friday from 9:30 A.M. until time of Mass.
