Obituary of Maria Anolick STOW/TWINSBURG – Maria (Maya) Irena Anolick, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2018. Maya was born November 27, 1944 in Krakow, Poland. After receiving her college degree, Maya moved to London, England where she met the love of her life, Pete Anolick.

They lived in various locations throughout England and the United States, before settling in Stow. Maya enjoyed traveling, making new friends, shopping on QVC and dark chocolate. Maya is survived by her sisters-in-law, Nancy (Michael) Brinder and Leslie Goldstein; nephews, Jonathan and Andrew Brinder and niece, Alicia Farrington.

She leaves behind beloved friends, Michael and Mary Jane Carr, Joanne and Jack Wilson and Joe and Lynn Cheslock, and many more dear friends and neighbors. Maya never met a stranger. Maya was preceded in death by her husband, Pete and parents, Jerzy and Maria Kowalski.

Special thanks to the caring nurses at Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center. Memorials may be made to either Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
