Obituary of Joshua Brechtelsbauer STOW- Joshua H. Brechtelsbauer passed away October 21, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Janice, his 5 sons, 11 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. Josh was born October 9, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan to parents Leonard and Katharina Brechtelsbauer.

Josh was a member of the New Apostolic Church, serving as an ordained minister in an honorarium capacity for over 32 years. He was employed by Kent State University until his retirement in 2004. Josh served his country as a member of the U.S. Army.

His family and friends will always remember him as a spiritually committed and honorable individual. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, November 10 at 12:30 PM at the New Apostolic Church, 3541 Elm Road, Stow 44224. Viewing will be at the church prior to the service beginning at 11 AM.

All are welcome to attend and celebrate Josh’s life. Memorials may be made to the New Apostolic Church of Stow, care of 407 Dunbar Road, Tallmadge, OH 44278.
