Marilyn Kay Maynard, 71 of Pierceton, Indiana and formerly of Akron and Gilead passed at 4:12 pm, Monday, January 21, 2019 at Lutheran Hospital of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She was born on Feb.

13, 1947 in Kosciusko County, Ind. to Lloyd and F. Grethel (Hutchison) Reed. She retired from Millenium Industries of Ligonier, Ind.

She graduated in 1965 from Akron High School. She enjoyed reading and had belonged to a quilting club. She had attended Olive Branch Church of God.
