Age 86, of Burlington passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018 at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice, Wauwatosa, WI. Marilyn was born August 27, 1931 to Raymond and Grace (nee Henning) Babcock in Elkhorn, WI. Her early life was spent in Elkhorn where she graduated from Elkhorn High School.

On April 13, 1954 she was united in marriage to John Davidson in Dubuque, Iowa. Following their marriage they lived in Elkhorn before moving to Burlington in 1961. John passed away July 16, 1992.

Marilyn… Read More » worked as a LPN at Southern Colony for many years. She loved to cook, knit and was a long time Antique Collector. She is survived by her son Steve (Jaime) Davidson, 2 grandsons Glen and Miles, a sister Kathleen (George) O’Hearn, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a son James and a brother Donald (Marilyn) Babcock. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the nurses and doctors at the Aurora Zilber Family Hospice and at Aurora West Allis Medical Center for all their care and compassion. A Visitation, for family and friends, will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 1:00PM until 3:00PM at Schuette Daniels Funeral Home.
