Mr. Marion Voss, 88, of Seymour, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Seymour Crossing. He was born in Bartholomew County to the late Walter H. and Lorena A. (Pugh) Voss. He was retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service; he served in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars.

He was active in the VFW and served as quartermaster. After the service, he lived in New Whiteland, IN. He was active in the German American Club and was instrumental in starting their youth soccer league.

He is survived by his sister, Mary Ann Jacoby; brothers, Jack Voss, Estal Voss and Lestal Voss. He is preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Irma Voss; second wife, Irene Voss; brothers, Kenneth Voss, Gordon Voss, Eldon Voss and Roger Lee Voss; and sisters, Viola Pearl Ritz, Eva Dean Marcel and Imogene Bode. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
