Marjorie M. Day, age 94, died Thursday, January 24, 2019 in Tampa, Florida. Marjorie was born January 18, 1925 in Antigo to the late Edwin and Zelma (Braun) Krueger. She was a graduate of Antigo High School class of 1942.

Marjorie was a member of American Legion Axillary Post 377, served as the secretary of AARP Chapter 1602, and was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church. Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Joan Fontana of Tampa, FL, 3 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by a son Michael Fontana, a brother, Edwin Krueger, Jr., 2 sisters, Rosemary Okrei and Carol Welnetz.
