Hall, 56, died at 10:32am January 17, 2019, at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born October 19, 1962, in Cleveland, OH, to Joseph and Opal (Lilly) Hall. Mark is survived by his best friend and daughter Penny Hall, and her husband Cole Coppel; grandchildren: Cashius Coppel, Milton Beverly and Ellie Mae Coppel; his special friend Regina Dunn, all of Chillicothe; siblings: Kathy (John) Curtis, Robin (Don) Fox, Sherry (Dewey) Hooper, Terri Wiley (Rick Adams), Tammy Hall, Johnny (Donna) Hall, Kevin (Heather) Hall, Dwayne Hall and Joseph (Donn) Brust; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father Joseph; and his mother Opal Brust. Mark worked for Coleman Industries and as a professional painter for many years, however, his skill set went far beyond painting. He was the guy that could also build or fix anything.

He would help anyone in need and was always willing to lend a hand. He adored his grandchildren and loved his music, especially classic rock and country. A Celebration of Mark’s Life will be announced at a later date.
