Mark is preceded in death by his mother Barbara Weaver from Cincinnati, Ohio, survived by his father Roy Allbecker of Everts, Kentucky, son Scotty Allbecker from Doyle, California, son Steven Neece from Bellflower, California, son Dakota Phillips from Santa Barbara, California and brother Nick Shouse from Long Beach, California. As a son, brother and father, Mark was always one who was full of love and compassion.

His love for his sons was more full than the ocean itself under a bright colorful sky. Mark always wore his heart on his sleeve and he welcomed friends and family with a heart as warm as the mid day summer sun. He loved sports especially the Cincinnati Bengals and the Cincinnati Reds.
