Obituary for Mark Wells Wells, Mark Wesley Mark Wesley Wells was born September 3, 1961 and departed this life on March 13, 2018, at the age of fifty-six. He was a native of Thomson, Georgia and a twenty-six year resident of Prairieville, LA. A 1979 graduate of Zachary High School, he was a licensed landscaper.

He was a U.S. Air Force veteran serving in Germany. His passion was his animals and he adopted many rescues over the years. Mark was the second child born to George and Janet Wells of Baker.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Wells. He is survived by his life partner Wolf Einhorn, mother Janet Wells, sisters Kathy Antoon and Kim Johnston, nieces Sara and Emerson Rickert, nephews Joseph Antoon, Ryan Johnston and Aaron Johnston, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A visitation and memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at Charlet Funeral Home in Zachary from 2:00pm until memorial service at 4:00pm.

In accordance with Mark’s wishes, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Second Chance Dog Rescue of Louisiana, 58375 Elm St. Plaquemine, LA 70764, 225/931-9167. Tax information is available upon request.
