Martha’s Obituary Martha Gladys Everhart Harrison Weavil, age 86 of Old US Highway 52 formerly of Dorsett Road, Lexington passed away Tuesday evening March 19, 2019 at Hinkle Hospice House. A funeral service will be held 4:00 PM Saturday, March 23, 2019 in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Stegall officiating and buirial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:30 until 4:00 PM prior to the service and at other times at the home of her daughter. Martha was born in Davidson County March 15, 1933 to Gurley James Everhart and Susan Bessie Loman Everhart and the 20th child of 21 children. She was a retired employee of Lexington Furniture, worked at Wal Mart as a greeter and was a Christian.

She was preceded in death by her parents;her husbands, Thomas Leon Everhart, Kenneth Junior Harrison and Jay Weavil; sisters, Nell Shaw, Alley Shaw, Maxine Shaw, Frances Weaver, Perry Leonard and Margaret Eddinger; brothers, Norfleet, R.C., Austin, Caldwell and Ray Everhart. Surviving are her daughters, Deborah Lynn Yarborough Hinkle and husband Willard of Welcome and Sandra Dee Roberts of Lexington; grandchildren, J.T. Yarborough and Amanda D.
