Martha Medina, 57, of Bacliff, left this earth much too soon on October 16, 2018. Her life journey began on April 18, 1961 in Monterey, Mexico. She moved to Texas in March of 1965 and this became her home.

She enjoyed listening to music and watching movies. She had a heart for children and was a Bilingual Pre-K Teacher’s Aide in Bacliff. Her favorite times were those spent with her family.

Playing with her grandson Brandon II (‘Lil Bud) was precious time spent. She loved her family and making memories with them and cooking for them. Those that preceded Martha in death include her parents, Nicolas and Gregoria Medina and her brother, Joel Medina.

Left to treasure her memory are her husband, Lino Lopez; children: April Sanford and husband Brandon and Ashley Medrano and husband Emmanuel; brothers and sister: Ruben Medina, Daniel Medina, Isaias Medina and Rebecca M. Sierra; grandson: Brandon II; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
