She was born May 11, 1941, in Washington County, Virginia, to the late John and Virginia Pope Blackwell. Mrs. Galliher is survived by her husband, Mack Galliher, Jr.; daughters, Donna Sue Hall, and Diana Lynn Goins; son, Mack Galliher, III; three sisters; three brothers; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
