Mary Hybki, 91 of Peru died at 1:04p.m. October 25, 2018 in Heritage Health, Peru. Services will be 5 p.m. Monday in the Shields Funeral Chapel, Oglesby. Pastor Brett Todd will officiate.

Burial will be private in Peru City Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 p.m. until time of services Monday in the funeral chapel. Mary was born September 8, 1927 in LaSalle to Joseph and Eva (Jakubiak) Szymovicz.

She was a member of the LaSalle VFW Auxiliary. She is survived by 5 sons; Gregory (Nancy) Hybki of Oglesby, David Hybki of Australia, James Hybki of Schaumburg, Gary (Fay) Hybki of Vaucluse, Australia and Michael Hybki of Azle, TX, 3 grandchildren; Heather (Kyle) Cleer, Bryan Hybki and Jordan Hybki and 2 great-grandchildren; Aiden and Preston Cleer She was preceded in death by her husband, 6 brothers and 5 sisters. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Illinois Veteran’s Home of LaSalle or the Oglesby Elk’s Crippled Children’s Fund.
