Obituary for Mrs. Mary Jane Blecki Mary Jane Blecki, 73, of Neptune, passed away on Monday, December 10th, 2018 surrounded by family. She was born in Leaksville, NC, grew up in Middle River, MD and settled in Neptune after marriage. She worked as Secretary to the Chief of Police for Neptune Township until retiring after 28 years.

Mary Jane enjoyed painting, various arts and crafts, gardening, and being surrounded by family, friends, and her beloved dog Babe. She was also a longtime member of the Shark River Hills Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She was predeceased by her parents Albert and Mary Lee Rocks, her husband of 43 year William Blecki, and her sister Laura Rickmers.

She is survived by her loving children Steven Blecki and his wife Shari of Wall, Jill Blecki of Neptune, and Laura Palmisano and her husband Rob of North Haledon. Her grandchildren Chelsea, Christopher, Carlie, and Madison, and siblings Emma Riley and her husband Michael, Sharon Michel and husband woody, Albert Rocks Jr. and wife Nancy, Patty Carnaggio and husband Terry, and Michael Rocks. Friends and family are invited to the viewing from 3 to 7 PM on Thursday , December 13th, 2018 at the Ely Funeral Home in Neptune NJ.

A funeral service will be held on Friday December 14th at 11 AM at Ely Funeral Home followed by internment at St. Anne Cemetery in Wall.
