Mary Ruth Peterson, Loving wife-sister, 51, passed away April 21, 2018 in Ogden, Utah. She was born in McMinnville, Tennessee, on March 10, 1967 to Nancy Humphrey Wilson and George Erwin. She was raised by her step-father Benny Wilson along with her sisters Joy, Creedie, and Kendra.

She went to Belmont High School in Dayton, Ohio. Mary worked numerous jobs, but loved dealing most with animals; otherwise known as her feathery/fury kids Mary is survived by her husband, Troy Peterson, Ogden, UT, sisters; Joy Centers, Dayton, OH, Creedie (Shawn) McGuire, Union City, OH, Kendra (Chris) Ernst, Union City, OH. She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd. , Layton, Utah.

Friends may visit with family from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
