Sharla Harrison Sharla Baker Harrison passed away unexpectedly on April 20, 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah, as a result of complications due to a brain hemorrhage. Sharla was born on June 27, 1939 to Fern Holt and Charles Reed Baker in Bicknell, Utah. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence James Harrison, and siblings Stanley Holt Baker and Gwen Ekker.

She is survived by her younger brother Martin Reed Baker (Reina) and four children: Anna Lorena Williamson (Paul), Amy Jean Hogge, Royd Eudell White Jr. (Erin) and Bradley Henry White (Stephanie). Sharla leaves behind seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Sharla will be remembered for her strong will, engaging personality, and compassion for others.

Earlier in her life, Sharla ran a daycare out of her home and acted as a mother for dozens of children. Each child she came in contact with was loved and cared for as one of her own. Later she found enjoyment from traveling with her husband, Larry, to rock and mineral shows where she met and formed friendship with many people.

Her most admirable quality was her unconditional love for others that were fortunate enough to have known her personally. She has left a lasting impression on so many, and will be sorely missed. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Bountiful 17th Ward Chapel 2150 S. 650 E. Friends may visit family Wednesday, April 25th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. and Thurs.

from 9:30-10:30a.m. at the Church prior to services. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, 1640 Lakeview Dr. Bountiful, Utah.
