Matthew R Justice , January 27, 1988 — June 20, 2018

Matthew R. Justice Beloved Son and Grandson, 30 Mr. Matthew Justice, 30, of Clifton, NJ, formerly of Nutley, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. There will be a funeral service celebrated at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Avenue on Tuesday, June 26 at 7:15 p.m. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until time of service. The entombment will be held privately.

Matthew was born in Belleville, NJ and resided in Nutley for most of his life before moving to Clifton. He was a 2006 graduate of Nutley High School. Matthew was employed for over 10 years by united Parcel Service and was a member of teamsters Local 177 in Hillside NJ.

He most recently worked at the Benjamin Moore distribution warehouse in Clifton, NJ. Matt had also passed the test for electrical apprentice at IBEW local 102 in Parsippany NJ and was anticipating start the 5 year training program in the fall. Matt had been involved with many youth sports recreation leagues in Nutley, and most enjoyed playing ice and roller hockey with his twin brother Mike.

Matt was also a fan of the New York Yankees, the NJ Devils, the NY Knicks, and especially the Philadelphia Eagles. He was thrilled to see the Eagles finally win a Super Bowl in February! Matt and Mike also both played club hockey for the Montclair ice hockey club.

He was also involved in scouting in both the Cub Scouts and the Boy Scouts and enjoyed going on camping trips with his brother. He also shared a passion for music and enjoyed playing multiple instruments with his brother. He is survived by his beloved parents Robert F. (III) and Susan A. (nee Basilone) Justice; his loving maternal grandmother Joan Golias (and partner Frank Kahn , and fraternal grandmother Mary T. Justice.

He is also survived by his aunt Mary Basilone (John Gildea), Walter Basilone (Therese), Richard Basilone (Gera), Joseph Golias (Laura); also aunts Susan Frei, Patricia Justice-Valerius (late Anthony), Nancy Stefanelli (George), and MaryAnne Justice-Balweg (Frank) and 15 cousins, as well as 6 nieces and nephew Matthew is predeceased by his twin brother Michael, his maternal grandfather S. Richard Basilone, and his fraternal grandfather Robert F. Justice.
