He was born February 24, 1994 in Youngstown, Ohio, a son of Joe Cannon and Teri Manis and had been a lifelong area resident. Matthew was a diesel mechanic by trade and had been working for Two Sister’s Homes in Salem as a transportation provid Besides his parents of Boardman, he leaves his brother, Michael (Chelsea) Manis of Boardman; his sister, Holly Cannon of Leetonia; his great-grandmother, Irene Quinn of Columbiana; his paternal Grandmother, Donna Cannon of Columbiana; his maternal grandmother, Connie Huneycutt in Virginia; his grandfather, Patrick Mullery of Virginia; his girlfriend, Emily Estes; his “brother for life”, Jamal Davis, as well as many aunts, uncles nieces, nephews and cousins. Matthew was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, A.D. Quinn; his grandfathers, Ronald L. Cannon, and Joseph DeSalvo, and his half-brother, Joseph DeSalvo.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday November 20, 2018 at the Davis-Becker Funeral Home in Boardman. Friends may call from 5-5:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Visit www.
