Maudie Pearl Kitts, 71, of Marietta, went to be with the Lord Friday, May 17, 2019 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. Maudie was born August 24, 1947 in Wade, Ohio to Leander Jr. and Louise {Mugrage} Farnsworth. She retired from Stone Container Corporation where she was a supervisor for 20 years.

She was a member of the Open Door Baptist Church. She was a member of VFW post 5108. Maudie will be deeply missed by her children Michael (Robyn) Stevens and Robin Stevens; grandchildren Haley and Ashley; great grandchild Bailey; companion and best friend Lloyd Bonar and his children Darren, Monica, and Celeste; his grandchildren Katie, Andy, Ashley, Bobby, Josh and Aaron; his great grandchildren Annie, Bentley and Avereigh; brothers Leander (Linn) Farnsworth and Larry Farnsworth; sisters Laura (Francis) Simpson, Linda (John) Meeks, Ruth (Timothy) Burdette, Lucy Hickman.

Maudie was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands Walter “Bud” Stevens and Timothy Kitts; sister Rose Hawkins. Private services will be held at a later date. Online tributes may be made at www.
