Pittsburgh – Michael Andrew “Steel” Vrable, 51, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Columbiana, died, Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born January 8, 1967 in Pittsburgh, PA. Michael was a past member of St. Ann Catholic Church, New Galilee, PA and he was an on-air personality for WDVE, 3WS, the X and he broadcasted on ESPN for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Michael enjoyed music and photography. He is survived by his parents Robert and Judith Simoni Vrable, of Columbiana; two sisters Michelle Vrable of Salem and Mindy Vrable of Andover; a niece, Kelsie Vrable and a close friend, Mike Houpt of Pittsburgh, PA. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
