Michael Eugene Brown, 54 of Sanford passed away Friday June 8, 2018. A Memorial service will be held 3pm Sunday at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home Chapel. Michael was born March 14, 1964 to Grace Mashburn Brown and the late John Eldridge Brown, Sr

He was preceded in death by brothers John E. Brown Jr. and Ronald Mack Brown; brother-in-law William Bodenhamer. Michael is survived by his mother Emma Grace Brown; daughters Shannon Marie Haymore and Erica Lynn Brown of Lee County; sons Joseph Eugene Brown of Harnett County, Ethen Robert Brown (Kebrina) and Cody John Brown (Jennifer) of Lee County; six grandchildren; brothers, Alton Lee Brown (Mia) and Donnie Ray Brown of Lee County and Donald Wayne Brown (Christine) of Ohio; sisters Tammy Lynn Brown and Diane Rene Bodenhamer of Lee County. The family will receive friends following the service.
