OBITUARY Michael Gregory McDonald May 2, 1946 – September 25, 2018 Michael G. McDonald, 72, a native and resident of Mobile, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents, M.J. and Dorothy McDonald; his beloved wife of 36 years, Sharon Douglass Carey McDonald; and three brothers, Matt McDonald, Pat McDonald, and Denny McDonald. Michael was an avid enthusiast of life who liked everything and, for the most part, everybody.

He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Lyn Atwell McDonald; sons Michael Douglass (Jessica) McDonald and John Mathew McDonald; grandchildren Holden McDonald, Spencer McDonald, and Lillian McDonald; his favorite sister, Joanne Esperson of Slidell, Louisiana; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and loyal and loving friends. The family will be accepting friends at Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin St., Mobile, Alabama on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 P.M. Graveside services will immediately follow at 2:00 P.M. from Mobile Memorial Gardens, 6100 Three Notch Rd.
