Michael J. Brady Holt, MI formerly of Sandusky, MI Passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2018. Born April 28, 1931 to William and Beatrice Brady in Palms, Michigan. Michael graduated from Deckerville High School in 1949 and served in the United States Navy during the Korean War on the USS Es.

He especially loved being a grandfather and enjoyed their visits and hearing about what they were doing.

He was a member of St. Joseph Church in Sandusky for 40+ years where he served as an usher. He was a long standing member of the Knights of Columbus. Mike loved fishing and his annual fishing trip up north with his buddies Jack, Greg, Bill, Al, and others (even though he didn’t eat fish), the community of St. Joseph Church, and the wonderful friends he had in Sandusky.

He moved three years ago to Holt, Michigan where he lived with his daughter Mary and son-in-law, Tom. He chose to be a member of St. James Church in Mason, Michigan where he happily attended. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and siblings, Rosemary (Bowerman), Viola (Wells), Alice (Juzek), Irene (Toal), Ellen Brady, his twin brother Maurice, and John Brady.

He is survived by his brother, Thomas Brady, his son Mike and Lori (Amman), daughter Mary Jo and Tom Stoliker, Kathy and Tom Briggs, grandchildren Tom Briggs, Travis and Laken Stoliker, Steve Stoliker, Betty Brady, and great grandson, Lane Stoliker. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 6, 2018 at St. James Catholic Church in Mason, Michigan. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the Mass for visitation.
