Scott “Scottie” Warner Lansing, MI Passed away unexpectedly on October 26, 2018 at the age of 60. Scott was born in Lansing, Michigan on October 2, 1958 to his parents Barb and Ray Warner. He worked for Dean Transportation before he proudly served as a corrections officer in the Michigan Department of Corrections for 26 years.

He was a dedicated officer who will be greatly missed by his MDOC family. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed rooting for his MSU Spartans, Detroit… Read More » Lions, and Detroit Tigers. He will always be remembered for his kindness and his infectious smile.

Scott was a wonderful son, father, brother and friend. Scott was preceded in death by his mother Barbara and is survived by his father, Ray; his daughter, Jennifer and his brother, Doug. A memorial service will be held at Pennway Church of God in Lansing, Michigan at 10am on Friday, November 9th.
