Janee M. Franklin Lansing Passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at age 75. Born October 29, 1943 in Lansing, Michigan. Janee worked many years for Theio’s Restaurant in Lansing.

Before that she owned and operated her own restaurant in Terre Haute, Indiana before moving to Michigan. Janee enjoyed crocheting, knitting and gardening. In her lifetime she had many pets including birds, dogs and cats and loved them all.

Surviving are her husband, Edward Franklin; children, Jim (Claudia) Conley, Jerry (Amie) Conley, Jeff (Mery) Conley; grandchildren, Jerry Conley Jr., Jacob Conley, Amanda Conley, Jessica Weck, Crystal Conley, Camellia Conley, Matt Boillat; great-grandchildren, Amelia Conley, Allie Weck; Edward’s children, Jodi Hudson, Kathy Franklin, Jim Dexter, Shelley, Kelly Hart; Edward’s 15 grandchildren, all of whom Janee loved as her own.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Skinner Funeral Home, Lansing Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service. To share memories and condolences please visit www.
