Priscilla Mary Bennett April 16, 1927 – December 1, 2018 Priscilla (Pat) Bennett, 91, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Ingham County Medical Care Facility. She was born in Stockbridge, Michigan on April 16, 1927 to Alba C. and Hulda A. Norton. She is survived by six children; Muriel Emmer, Penny (Terry) Secor, Jim (Sheila) Denison, Shirl Cook, Bonnie (Bill) Toaz, Monty (Margaret) Bennett, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother; Donald C. (Pat) Norton,… Read More » and sister; Joyce Call.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband; Winston Bennett, two sons; Roger L. Denison, Jeffrey A. Denison and special son-in-law; Robert Emmer as well as two brothers and a sister; Neil Norton, Ralph Norton and LaVon Corser. Priscilla was a great cook and loved to entertain friends and family. Her life was filled with people who loved her and she made friends wherever she went.

An avid sports enthusiast, she followed her beloved MSU teams on TV. Her home and her room at ICMCF were filled with the green and white colors, and, on her behalf, we say, GO GREEN! Having the last word on the blue and gold fans in the family would thrill her!

Priscilla was a born-again believer who was ready to join her husband, Winnie, her children, and her friends and family already in Heaven. Christmas was a magical time of year for her and we know she is now happy, healthy, and planning an amazing menu for a Christmas celebration with her Savior. At her request, there will be no service.

Family will gather graveside to place her next to Winnie at a later date. She asked that we have a picnic in her memory after our hearts had time to heal from losing her. We will honor that request.

Plans will be made for next summer and friends and family will be notified. Priscilla Bennett, you were loved and you will be greatly missed.
