Richard Paul Miller Lansing Passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at the age of 79 surrounded by his loving family. Born October 21, 1939 to James and Ruth (Busick) Miller Jr. in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. Richard grew up one of four boys in Springport MI where his family had been farmers and one of the founding families.

He graduated from Springport High School and went on to work for General Motors retiring in 1995 after 30 years of service. He loved his family and his grandchildren… Read More » more than anything, enjoyed the outdoors (hunting and fishing), and loved playing the lottery. Richard will be remembered for his sense of humor, twinkle in his eye and smile.

He was a wonderful and devoted daddy, father, papa, great grandfather and friend. Surviving are his children, Marci Findlay (Ignacio Garcia) of Illinois, Amy Ackley of Lansing, Robert Saunders of Lansing; grandchildren, Tyler Jones (Katelyn Smith), Danielle Findlay (Chuck Hawkins), Jaime Findlay, Cruz Garcia, Sawyer Garcia, Justan Delbridge-Moile; great grandchildren, Amaya Hawkins, Ayanna Hawkins, Jace Jones, Scarlet Jones; brothers, James Miller and Leonard Miller. Preceding him in death were his parents; grandchild, Devon Christmas and brother, Bernard Miller.
