He was born March 10, 1953 in Hershey, a son of the late Felix K and Lillian C. (McGowan) Wagner. He had attended Penn State University and was a member of the Alumni Association.

He enjoyed hunting and other outdoor activities. Michael is survived by his sisters, Mary E. Wagner of Hummelstown, Judith A. Wagner of Capitol Heights, MD, Susan F. Shildt of Littlestown, PA; brother, William F. (Carolyn) Wagner of Star Tannery, VA; 2 nieces,2 nephews,2 great nieces,5 great nephews,. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Kathleen Services and interment will be private.
