Michael John Burick, Sr., 58, of Machesney Park passed away Saturday, July 28, 2018. Born September 30, 1959 in Rockford to Eli and Ruth (Saulsberry) Burick. Survivors include children, Michael J. Burick, Jr., Jaime (Sherry) Krueger, Amy Burick; wife, Mary Grande; mother, Ruth Burick; siblings, Eli (Rodney) Burick, Kathy Burick-Sink, Jody Burick, Rebecca Burick; nephews, Michael Sink, Zachary Stieg, and nieces, Brittany Stieg, and Olivia Stieg.

Predeceased by father, Eli. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 2, 2018 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park with a visitation from 5:00 p.m. until service time. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Rockford.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family to be used in Michael’s name at a later date.
