Theresa Campbell, 96, of Rockford passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2018. Born January 9, 1922 in Rockford to Michael and Franchesca (Riportella) Armato. A veteran of the US Navy serving during WWII.

Married Flavil Campbell on February 24, 1945. Theresa enjoyed playing sports, especially baseball and was requested to play for the Rockford Peaches. Survivors include daughters, Audrey (Bruce) Mackintosh, Glo (Tim) Gregerson, Renee (Calvin) Urbanowitz; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

Predeceased by husband; son, Hall Campbell; and grandson, James Urbanowitz. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 4, 2018 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park.
