Michael Lee Seegmiller of Saginaw, Michigan Beloved brother, uncle, cousin and friend passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 1, 2018 at Samaritas Senior Living of Saginaw. He was 67 years old. Michael Lee Seegmiller was born on March 1, 1951 to the late Earl and Nancy (Behrens) Seegmiller.

He was a proud 1969 graduate of Arthur Hill Tech. Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army serving both stateside and in Korea during the Vietnam War. Upon his return, he married the love of his life, Elizabeth Ann “Betty” Wojtasinski on March 10, 1973; she preceded him in death on December 23, 2006.

Michael was employed by and retired from SVRC Industries as an instructor. As a young man, he enjoyed snowmobiling, but throughout his life he avidly enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving are a sister and brother, Pamela K. Hill of Saginaw and Keith (Katrina) Seegmiller of Denham Springs, LA; a step-son, Robbie Wojtasinski of Selma, OR; a brother-in-law, Steve Flores; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Brister both of Saginaw.

Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Seegmiller; one brother, Patrick Seegmiller; a sister, Lynn Flores; and a brother-in-law, Donald Hill. Following Michael’s wishes cremation has taken place.

Military Honors will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 3210 S. Washington Ave. , Saginaw, Michigan in the Veterans section. Please share your thoughts and memories with the family at the cemetery or through www.
