Myers, Ruth Fostoria, MI Ruth Ileene Myers was called home November 19, 2018 at the age of 74 years. Ruth was born on September 2, 1944 in Saginaw, MI to the late John and Thelma (Vantine) Gross. She graduated from Mayville High School, the class of 1963.

She married Floyd Myers; he survives her. She was a member of Spirit Filled Lighthouse Church in Saginaw, MI and the Otter Lake Church of the Nazarene. Ruth was an avid gardener, enjoyed crafting and spending time with her family, especially at holiday gatherings.

Surviving besides her husband Floyd, are her children, Janet Dalrymple of Greencove Springs, FL; Tammy (Tom) Coles of Saginaw; Elmer Sholes Jr. of TN; grandchildren, Doug (Kari) Dalrymple, Carl (Destiny) Dalrymple, LorettaLynn (Jodi) Williams, Jessica (Brian) Murphy, Krystal (Joshua) Irvine, Christopher (Amber) Dalrymple, Tessa (Josh) Rohde, Justin (Ashley) Sholes, Janae (Mohammed) Alhammadi, and Tiffany Dalrymple; her siblings, Edith (George) Shamel, Burt Gross and Norma Gross;14 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother and father; her brothers, Carolton Gross, Billy (Rosemary) Gross, and John Gross; her daughter, Thelma Dalrymple; her son-in-law, Clarence Dalrymple; and her grandson, Andrew Sholes. Funeral Service will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd, Saginaw.

Rev. Lewis Cook will officiate with cremation to follow. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral chapel on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service.
