Obituary Lakeview-Michael Lynn Noonan, age 74, of Six Lakes, passed away unexpectedly at home on April 13, 2018. He was born on January 28, 1944, the son of George and Dorothy (Rottmiller) Noonan in Marshal County, Indiana. Michael was raised in Indiana.

He was owner and operator of Noonan Trucking his whole life. He met his life partner of 40 years, Ruth, when he stopped in the restaurant where she worked, in Six Lakes, Michigan. He and Ruth always took a fall color tour. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, especially Jack, his great-grandson. Michael will be greatly missed by Ruth Cornell of Six Lakes, his children; Michael Noonan Jr. of Grand Rapids, George (Pam) Noonan of Colorado, Angela (Frank) Kurtz of Grand Rapids and Jennifer Whetstone of Cedar Lake, Dean (Linda) Cornell of Shepherd, Douglas (Sandy) Cornell of Clarkston, Donald (Ruth) Cornell of South Carolina and Dan (Kelly) Cornell of Indiana; several grand children and great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Kathy Merrill and Wendy Irene Logue both of North Carolina.

He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Dorothy Noonan, and one brother Patrick Noonan. Contributions in Michael’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer’s Association. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be scheduled.
