Michael’s Obituary Michael P. “Mike” Bennett, 65, Clay Center, died January 29, 2019. Mike was born May 22, 1953 in Lincoln, NE the son of Carl and Geraldine (Snook) Bennett. Mike was raised in Seward, Nebraska and graduated from Seward High School.

He was a retired Master Carpenter and worked in Florida and Kansas. Mike was also a school bus driver for USD 379 in Clay Center. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Brian Bennett.

Survivors: Wife: Marline Rowland, Clay Center, Kansas Son: Shawn (Kim) Mortensen, Norton, Kansas Daughter: Leah (Earl) Davis, Omaha, Nebraska Step Daughter: Angela Roudybush, Clay Center, Kansas Step Daughter: Lori (Dominic) Neumayer, Clay Center, Kansas Step Daughter: Stephanie McGrath, Clay Center, Kansas 9 Grandchildren: Kiera, Tyra, Storm, Trey, Destiny, Darian, Devin, Dezra and Cody 3 Great Grandchildren: Julian, Titan, and Peirson Sister: Jeanie Bennett, Lincoln, Nebraska Brother: Leslie (Renee) Bennett, Clay Center, Kansas Nephews: Marshall, Jackson and Nathan Nieces: Kara and GiGi Private family services will be held at a later date.
