Shade, Michelle Ann, age 61 of Germantown passed away unexpectedly on December 21, 2018. She was born in Dayton, OH to the late Walter and Dorothy (Seitner) Meyhofer, graduated from Alter High School, and attended St. Johns UCC in Germantown. Michelle enjoyed the nature and outdoors, she especially loved spending time with and babysitting her grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dana Shade in 2013. She is survived by her two sons Travis (Sara) Shade and Tyler (Kelly) Shade, and her six grandchildren Evan, Wyatt, Adeline, Trace, Sophia, Hunter, Colten, and Luke. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral Home, 29 N. Main St. Germantown.
