Michelle “Shelly” Krautkremer December 05, 1963 – December 31, 2018 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Michelle Ann “Shelly” Krautkremer, age 55, of Chaska, MN, died Monday, December 31, 2018 at her home. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, 4 – 8 PM at the Bertas Funeral Home, 200 W. 3rd St., Chaska with a prayer service at 7:30 PM. Shelly was born on December 5, 1963 in Shakopee, MN, to Glenn and Bernadette (Glynn) Krautkremer, one of three children.

She graduated from Jordan High School in 1982. She had been employed as a nurse’s aid at Valleyview Healthcare Center, Jordan, and also at St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Shakopee as a medical transcriptionist for 5 years. She then was self-employed and started A.S.A.P.

Medical Transcription for 20 years. She has been a resident of Chaska for 25 years. She loved spending time with her family and her dogs.

She was a huge support system and was an avid football and car racing fan. She was preceded in death by her father, Glenn, son, Travis, and brother, John. Survivors include her son, Jonathan; grandson, Dominic Matthies; mother, Bernadette Krautkremer of Chaska; sister, Lori Krautkremer (significant other, Rob Blair) of Shakopee; daughter-in-law, Stephanie Krautkremer of Bloomington; nephews, Austin and Nicholas Krautkremer; and other family, Donelle McQuistor of Jordan.

Funeral arrangements were with the Bertas Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Chaska, MN.
