OBITUARY Mike St. John II May 15, 1921 – October 3, 2018 Mike St. John II, 97 of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away October 3, 2018. He was born May 15, 1921 in New Orleans, LA to the late Edward M. and Eugenia (Markey) St. John. He served his country proudly in the U S Army Air Corp and over 20 years in the U S Air Force Reserve.

He was retired from Dana Corporation as the Assistant Plant Manager after 36 years of service there. Mike is a lifetime member of St. Jude Catholic Church and a proud member of the American Legion. He is survived by his daughters, Shari (Stephen) Sammetinger, Suzanne (Bradd) Fisher, five grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Mike is preceded in death by his wife, Betty J. (Hetrick) St. John, a son, Edward Michael St. John III and his brothers, William and Eugene St. John. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 8, 2018 10:30 Am at St Jude Catholic Church, 2130 Pemberton Dr. Fort Wayne, IN, with visitation there 1 hour prior to the mass. Additional visitation will be held Sunday, October 7, 2018 4-7 PM at D O McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home 1140 Lake Ave.

Fort Wayne, IN. Mike will be laid to rest at Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne, IN. Memorial gifts may be made to the donor’s favorite charity .
