Palochak, 76, of Ocean Gate, NJ, passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Visitation at the Werson Funeral Home, 635 North Wood Avenue, Linden, on Wednesday, January 9th from 4 to 8 PM. The Funeral will begin on Thursday, January 10th leaving the Funeral Home at 9:15 AM for a funeral mass at St. Elizabeth R. C. Church in Linden at 10 AM.

Interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia, NJ. Mildred was born in Philadelphia, PA, and has lived in Ocean Gate, NJ the past 7 years, prior Roselle Park. She was employed at Schering Plough in Kenilworth, NJ as a Chemist for 20 years, retiring in 2009.

Mildred was a member of the African Violet Organization, and the Bowling Team at J.B. Williams. She also loved camping. Mildred was predeceased her parents, Tyson and Mildred Berkhimer, her sister, Carolyn Telepan, and her brother, Joseph Berkhimer.

Surviving is her beloved husband, Richard Palochak, her sister, Elizabeth Cole, her 2 nieces, Theresa Gorringe and Marie Cann, and 1 nephew, Richard Telepan, and many great nieces and nephews.
