Obituary for Minnie Stire Print Minnie Stire, 93, of Lumberport, WV passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Valley Haven Geriatric Center in Wellsburg, WV. She was born in Meadowbrook, November 5, 1925, a daughter of the late Mike Popovich and Josephine Lorecovich Popovich Sabolovich. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rancler T. Stire on February 23, 2002; four brothers, George Popovich, John, Steve, and Mike, Sabolovich, two sisters, Mary Sledge and Annie Popovich.

Mrs. Stire is survived by three children, Linda Hustead and her husband Larry, Moundsville, Richard and Danny Stire, Lumberport, one sister, Nancy Bosley, West Minster, MD, one brother, David Sabolovich, OK, one granddaughter, Tonya Hustead and her fiancé Nick Lopez, Glendale, WV, and several nieces and nephews. She was a homemaker and a member of the Lumberport Baptist Church. The Family will receive friends at the Perine Funeral Home, 1348 S. Pike St., Shinnston, from 4-8pm, Thursday and from 11am until the time of the funeral service at 1pm, Friday with Pastor Jeff Perine officiating.

Interment will be in the Lion’s Club Cemetery in Lumberport. Condolences may be extended to the family at www. perinefunerals.com.
