Obituary for Mitchell LeRoy Boykin Mitchell L. Boykin entered into his peaceful rest on January 15, 2019. Born in 1946, he was a son of the late Willis LeRoy Boykin and the late Vida Ree Davis Boykin. Mitchell loved the Lord and talked and prayed to Him often.

He rejoiced in the life the Lord gave him on this Earth and shared the Lord’s love with everyone he knew. Mitchell would like to plant two seeds for the Lord he loved and in remembrance of those he left behind, Matthew 5:16 and 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. Mitchell’s wishes were to be cremated with no funeral or memorial service to be held.

He asks for your understanding at this time through your love for him and for the Lord. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements. To send flowers to the family of Mitchell LeRoy Boykin, please visit our Heartfelt Sympathies Store.
