Mossie Marie Meier, 95, Vincennes, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at the New Willow Manor. Mossie was born November 18, 1923, in Linton, the daughter of James Maynard and Ida Mae (Brogan) Archer. She married Harold S. Meier.

She was a former employee of the Parachute Reliance MFG and National Homes in Washington. She was a member of the Edwardsport United Methodist Church, the Quilter’s Club and the Esther Rebekah Lodge #461. Mossie is survived by her children, Harold Stanley (Dot) Meier of Wright City, MO, Darlene (Bill) Bement of Bicknell and Pam Owens of Bicknell; grandchildren, Jason Bement, Danielle Emmons, Clint Owens, Zachary Owens, Seth Meier and Justin Meier; great-grandchildren, Simon Bault, Jennessa Bement, Drydan Owens, Jarrett Bement, Paige Emmons and Chase Emmons.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Meier on November 24, 1984; six brothers; and three sisters. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Home Bicknell Chapel with Pastor Jon McKinnon officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until time of service also at the funeral home.

She will be laid to rest at Edwardsport IOOF Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www. fredrickandson.com.
