Funeral for Moval Clinton Owens, 77 of Hartselle will be Tuesday June 12, 2018 at 1:00PM with Rev. Scarlette Studdard officiating with burial in Moss Chapel Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home Directing. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00-8:00PM at the funeral home.

Mr. Owens was born May 18, 1941 in Morgan County, AL to Bazzel Bascom Owens and Ollie Minor Owens. He was retired from 3M after 35 years. He served in 279 National Guard.

Member of Moss Chapel Church. He was preceded in death by 3 Brothers, Athel Owens, Kell Owens, and Vernon Owens. 3 Sisters, Elgin Murphree, Dual McNalley, Clovis Alford.

He was a loving husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, and loved his two great-grandchildren. Survivors include: Wife of 53 Years: Elaine Owens of Hartselle 2 Sons: Greg (Sandra) Owens of Hartselle Tommy (Shannon) Owens of Hartselle Sister: Francis (Rhea) Greenwell of Decatur 3 Grandchildren: Zac (Destiny) Owens Clint (Macy) Owens Michelle Curtis 4 Great-Grandchildren: Brayson Curtis Barrett Miller Sam Wallace Jesse Wallace Pallbearers will be Mike Wallace, Joe Curtis, Mike Conner, Darrell Owens, David Sims, Tub Patterson,Patrick Greenwell, and Brandon Franks.
