Obituary for Nancy Caroline (Martin) Bair – Stone Nancy Caroline (Martin) Bair-Stone, 79, went to be with the Lord peacefully on November 7, 2018 after struggling with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. She was born on May 24, 1939 in Lexington, Kentucky, to Clarence Jackson and Lillie M. Martin. Nancy enjoyed her family, friends, music, crafts, flowers, and bingo.

She came to Anderson, IN in 1955. Nancy co-owned Madison County Flooring and worked at Meijer until retiring in 2006. Nancy is survived by her children, John C. Bair, Jr, Debra J. (Terry) Burton, Christopher A. (Betty) Bair, Sherry J. (Gregory) Reed, Penny J. (Daniel) Bartle, and Jason D. Bair all of Anderson; 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

Also surviving are her brothers, Clarence Jackson Martin II and R. Wayne (Lorene) Martin; sister, Lannie D. Bair; special friend, Richard Smith, and tons of beautiful nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, William T. Bair; sisters, Barbara Gullette, Lillie Hamm, Susie Lowry, Marilyn Taylor, Viola Bowling, Edna F. Martin, and Madge Martin; and father of her children, John C. Bair, Sr. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 17, 2018, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson, IN. Services will follow visitation at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with Chaplain Rob Mifflin officiating.

Burial will take place in the East Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson. www. loosecares.com.
