Memorial service for Nancy Jo Reed will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Inola Funeral Home Chapel. Nancy passed away on Thursday, February 28th, 2019. She was 55.

Born November 1, 1963 in Pryor, Oklahoma to Melvin Edward and Doris Jean (Zellweger) Blockcolski, Nancy attended school in Pryor. Follow her schooling, she began working for Telex, later it was Memorex Telex. She was one of the last workers there when they closed the doors.

Nancy worked for a tax firm before taking a position at Airgas in accounts receivable. She married Jerry Hugh Reed, II on June 23, 1993, and the couple made their home in Broken Arrow first before moving to Inola, and this has been home since. Nancy enjoyed reading and relaxing with her family, whom she took great care of.

She also like camping and traveling with her family and especially her vacations with her sisters. Her pride and joy came from her being a grandparent. Those family members that survive include her husband Jerry of the home; her daughters Amy Beth Reed of Tulsa and Kristen McHenry, also of Tulsa; her grandson Mercy Hugh Glenn; her siblings Sherry Stutt of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Joy Sullivan of Libertyville, Illinois, Diane First and husband Ray of Sand Springs, David Blockcolski of Pryor, and Steven Blockcolski and wife Brenda of Skiatook.
