Obituary for Nancy Lou Crouthamel DANVILLE, Nancy Lou Ryan Crouthamel, age 73, of 601 Bridge St. Danville, entered into rest on August 13, 2018 at her residence. She was born on July 21, 1945, in Fountain Hill, PA, the daughter of the late Kenneth Ryan and the late Idabelle Amanda Benner Ryan. She worked as a school nurse in the Bethlehem, PA School District for 53 years, was a Red Cross Volunteer, and a Sunday School teacher.

She loved to draw and sketch and loved birthdays and holidays with her family. She is survived by one daughter, Bonnie Christine (Christopher) Minor; two sons, James Scott Crouthamel and Christopher Lee (Marie) Crouthamel; seven grandchildren, Ralene Taryn (Jeremy Alan) Gray, Leah Marie Monteverde, Christopher Lee Crouthamel, Jr., Jami Rae Crouthamel, Jordan Crouthamel, Scott Reading Crouthamel, and Shelby Crouthamel; Seven great-grandchildren, Eliana Gray, Elicia Gray, Emilia Gray, Easton Gray, Ezekiel Gray, Pheonix McNutt, and Nevin Monteverde; one brother, Barry Ned (Bonnie) Ryan; one nephew, Kenny (Megan) Ryan; one niece, Jessie Ryan; one great-nephew, Keatyn Ryan; and one great-niece, Zaira Ryan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Glenn Christopher Crouthamel.

The family will receive friends at the residence of Ralene and Jeremy Gray, 35 Hither Ct. in Dry Fork. Scott Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Chatham is serving the Crouthamel family.
