Obituary for Virdis Falls Marlowe CHATHAM, Virdis Falls Marlowe, age 79, of 253 Climax Rd. Chatham, VA, entered into rest on December 21, 2018. She was born on April 28, 1939, in Campbell County, the daughter of the late Elsie Marie Falls.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Wesley Marlowe. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Marilyn Marlowe (Bill) Hall of Moneta; three grandchildren, Jessica Pruitt, Rebecca Pruitt, and Sam Hall; and a step-grandchild, Ashley Hall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.
Memorial services will be conducted at Greenpond Baptist Church on Thursday December 27, 2018 at 11:00 am with Rev. R. G. Rowland officiating. The family would like to thank her special caretakers, Nancy Shannon, Dale Matherly, and Penny Willaims for the care they gave her in her final days.
